Home Inspector Job Description:

  • Performing of inspections on all types of residential property
  • Using modern software to produce useful, readable and attractive
    reports
  • Guiding the client through the process, answering any questions and creating an experience for them
  • Consistently learning
  • Climbing on roofs, in attics and in crawlspaces (when safe)
  • Working in various weather conditions
  • Performing ancillary services as required (training will be provided)
  • Answering client questions as needed after the inspection by phone and/or email
  • Attendance of training/classes/events as required
  • Experience is a plus, but not required
  •  Bi-lingual is a HUGE plus.
